Paper Cut #2: Would a woman with even an ounce of personal dignity be caught wearing these shoes in public?
You might ask yourself how I found out that there was an ugly she-male worming her way into my relationship. It is a very good question and one that I will answer in due course, but first let me tell you how blind I was.
I dismissed the texts I found from her to my partner in which she described how her breasts were feeling as a middle aged first time mother’s attempt to show off that she was actually lactating.
i believed my man when I found a pair of her granny shoes hidden under a chair in the lounge. He told me that she had called around after a meeting to discuss some work issues (as the part time manager of a school hall, her chosen career path is apparently often too mentally demanding, judging by the amount of time she spends seeking “help” from my partner) and had left them behind by mistake. In fact, he actually made me feel sorry for her as he described how she had gotten all dressed up for the meeting. Instead of raising my suspicions as it should have, I found myself feeling pity for one so sartorially challenged.
I now realise she was leaving crumbs for me to find. Little items designed to alert me to her presence. A hair clip here, a scungy t-shirt there. Even some long blond hairs on my pillow. Nothing nice, nothing beautiful, but that is how she is; unattractive, frumpy, middle aged and clearly in possession of a trick pelvis.
I even went to see a psychologist, thinking I was neurotic and looking for things wrong in my relationship that simply weren’t there. How wrong I was. If only I had opened my eyes a little wider…
